Do Overweight People Actually Eat More...

Whaddya reckon? Are they talking complete and utter rubbish?

Why is it that overweight people always claim that they do not eat very much and that they have some sort of medical problem which makes them put on weight much faster than normal people? You have probably heard them yourself saying that they suffer from some sort of imbalance, metabolic complication or genetic deficiency which means that when they eat a normal meal they somehow absorb more fat than slimmer people.

do overweight people actually eat more...

Whaddya reckon? Are they talking complete and utter rubbish or is there some truth to it? Have you also observed how very skinny people often go on about how much they have eaten and how much weight they have put on recently! In fact, there is no quicker way for a slim girl to make enemies then to say that she has put on weight when surrounded by heavier girls.

The truth is that nobody knows what anybody else eats except that person themselves. You might say that you saw your overweight friend eating a pizza slice, but maybe that was all they ate that day? The way we see it at Ukmedix News is the only person that needs to know how much you actually is you! But before you go telling all your friends to butt out of your life and stop interfering with how much you eat you need to see whether they have a point?

Have you ever kept a food diary for say a month? You might find that having to write down in a journal what you eat every single day will shock you. It might even be worth showing the list to your nutritionist or doctor who could advise you where you are going wrong. Providing that you have been honest with your food diary and you do have some sort of metabolic imbalance the doctor will be able to diagnose your problem and possibly help you.

Do not go through life denying the truth of what you do eat every day. Remember the truth might just set you free!
