You can actually eat a healthy salad in summer and you can get exercise too!

It is one thing to be able to lose weight in time for summer so that you look good on the beach but are you able to maintain the weight loss throughout the summer months. People tend to go out to restaurants and parties far more when the sun is out or when they are on holiday and therefore the temptation to be unhealthily is much stronger, but this does not mean that you have to throw away all the gains that you have made to look good! For example, just because it is summer does not mean that you have to indulge in every single meal and everyday when you eat. At Ukmedix News we are sure you know who we mean when we talk about those people who almost have a double personality when it comes to food. They are either locking themselves away and eating practically nothing, or eating like there is no tomorrow because of some celebration.

Living like this is soul destroying, unhealthy and tiring because you always even losing or gaining large amounts of weight and you are never in a state of relaxation about how you look. At Ukmedix News we definitely believe that you should indulge once in a while but going on a three days eating binge followed by a three day starvation diet is not the way forward and always leads to people becoming overweight.

If for example, you know you are going to a wedding and that there is a sumptuous banquet prepared in the evening, make sure you eat a healthy breakfast, eat a light snack for lunch and maybe go for a short run or walk in the afternoon so that you are ahead of your game when the banquet comes and you can enjoy yourself.

It really is these little tips and initiatives which can make the difference between you being a fat person or a thin person and you need to be constantly aware of what you are eating and face the facts about your calorie intake.

Whatever you do, do not go for days in denial as you overeat at every single meal and then proclaim yourself to be shocked because in just a few days you put on a few kilos!
