People like David are a great inspiration to other obese individuals

An incredible weight loss success story comes from Mr. David Smith who at one point weighed a huge 45 stone!  David now admits that he was nearing death when he decided to get help from Chris a personal trainer who has got him down to 1/3 of his original weight. David was given a wake up call by doctors at the age of 26 who told him that he would be dead in four months unless he did something about his weight. Five years on the transformation is complete with David now working as a fitness instructor himself and proudly showing off his first ever girlfriend.

David Is The Daddy Of Weight Loss

David talks frankly about how he had to change his whole mental take on life and he claims that he is a different person not only physically but also mentally. He realised that he had to stop feeling sorry for himself and that he must learn to sort out his problems alone. Because of David’s huge weight when he lost all the fat he had huge flaps of skin hanging around his body which had to be removed over a number of operations. Not only this but he has also had special surgery done so that he doesn’t have to wear glasses anymore and has arranged his teeth which had rotted away from the effects of eating too much sugar.

People like David are a great inspiration to other obese individuals who sometimes become despondent and despair about whether they will ever be able to get to a normal weight. He said that he hoped that his success story would be an inspiration for other people around the United Kingdom to take up the challenge of weight loss and change their lives for good.

David said that he understood how cruel people could be to the obese and that he had been humiliated for much of his life.  He paid tribute to his personal trainer Chris who believed in him and gave him the motivation to change for the good.

You should never believe that you cannot lose weight. If David can do it so can you...
