Manuel Uribe, who once took the title of being the World’s Fattest Man, has tied the knot with his girlfriend Claudia. At Ukmedix News we have written before about Manuel Uribe and his extraordinary weight gain and weight loss and are aware that he has become an inspiration for millions of obese individuals around the world after he shed a whopping 40 stone of weight over the last few years.

Manuel Uribe is by no means trim as he still weighs 54 stone but he has come a long way from his peak of 94 stone. Manuel attributes his weight loss to the cutting out of junk food and a careful regime of healthy eating in which his now wife helps him to stick to.
Manuel says that when he became so overweight he began to despair about ever living a normal life and so for him going up the aisle and exchanging vows with Claudia was an incredibly emotional experience.
Manuel is still unable to walk despite his drastic weight loss and had to be brought down the aisle on a huge strengthened bed placed on the back of a van. If Manuel continues with the way he has been living it will be pretty soon before he and his new wife can go for walks together. His goal is to get his weight down to a healthy 16 stone and live a normal life.
Manuel now takes healthy eating extremely seriously and made sure that all the food at his wedding was low calorie and healthy. He only consumed one bite of his wedding cake at the celebration which was reported extensively by the Mexican news agencies.
The Ukmedix news team wishes Manuel the best of luck in his new life.

I think that we are all equal and that i dont matter how you look or anything you will always be like us. If you think you need to loose wait or if its a problem with your health than do it but i think we are all equal. I hope you reach your goal and that you and your wife have a normal life like anybody else, and go were ever you wish to go.
