A new health warning from the Food & Drug Administration in America concerns a product called Que She Weight Loss Capsules which has a whole list of what were described as “potentially harmful ingredients”. When the product was subjected to clinical testing the results showed that among other chemicals present in the product were fenfluramine, ephedrine and propranolol.

But makes this product even more dangerous is that it was marketed as being a “natural blend of Chinese herbs” when in fact it is completely the opposite. Fenfluramine is a powerful medication that may cause serious and permanent heart valve damage and has been banned in most countries worldwide. Propranolol is a prescription drug that must not be used by anyone with heart problems and is especially dangerous for anybody suffering from bronchial asthma.
Another dangerous aspect of using Que She Weight Loss Capsules is that there could be severe reactions if it is taken with many other drugs. There is a significant possibility that this product will or has already been the reason for heart attacks or heart disease.
What is even more worrying is that many of the Chinese medical practitioners are themselves unaware of the dangerous additives in these so called herbal medicines and thus they continue to give them to unsuspecting members of the public.
At Ukmedix News we believe that it is time that stricter regulations were put into place in both America and Europe regarding the sale of natural, traditional or herbal medicines because of the dangers that they pose to the public health. They should also be a bigger burden of responsibility on people who sell herbal medications to be sure that they know they are safe.
Many Chinese medical practitioners claim that they were unaware of the dangerous additives in the products they were selling despite them having a suspect provenance and no proper labeling or clinical testing evidence.
At Ukmedix News we advise that all weight loss medications should come directly from a weight loss consultation with a licenced doctor.
