Cheryl Cole And Her Stupid Diet

use this diet book to bash yourself on the head for being so stupid

The pop star and X Factor judge Cheryl Cole is claiming that she recently discovered a new “secret diet regime” which is why she has been so slim recently. It is this sort of statement which drives us all crazy in the Ukmedix newsroom because quite frankly it is just plain stupid! Firstly, why is it a secret? Did somebody whisper it to her with cupped hands as they looked over their shoulder?

Cheryl Cole And Her Stupid Diet

Cheryl Cole claims that she is following a blood type diet called the Eat Right 4 Your Type which means that she only eats certain types of meat and vegetables. Basically the diet advocates that people with different blood groups should follow different eating patterns and diets. What a load of rubbish!!

This is the sort of idiotic book and diet plan that we have campaigned hard against at Ukmedix News because it gives false hope to individuals who have failed to lose weight previously. They think that they can now blame their excessive weight on their blood group as opposed to the fact that they have been eating too much and never exercising. This type of diet is also useless because it is ridiculously complicated and the more complicated a diet is the more likely it is not to work.

The idea that Cheryl Cole is slim because she follows this pseudo diet and not because she works out and she eats a small amount is again ludicrous. Cheryl Cole follows a tough exercise routine every day.  She has dancing rehearsals all the time even when she doesn’t go to the gym and she knows that if she puts on a few pounds in weight the press will go crazy and humiliate her.

So any of you out there who were even considering following the Eat Right 4 Your Type diet should only use this diet book to bash yourself on the head for being so stupid in the first place!

this is not a new diet, it has been around for years. I am 75 and I remember it when I was 40 and tried it and it worked. It is difficult to keep, but if you do, it will give good results.
