Celebrity Weight Loss, Most Boring Subject...EVER

sort of person who thrives on the weight problems of the rich and famous

So apparently Liz McClarnon of Atomic Kitten has lost a stone in weight after following a six week diet. Also Nicola McLean wife of some footballer has lost six stone in eight months and is now too thin. Really want to hear more or do you really not give a damn?!

celebrity weight loss, most boring subject...ever

Of all the most boring and mundane things that the press publishes these days celebrity weight loss or weight gain must be the dullest and stupidest. If you are the sort of person who thrives on the weight problems of the rich and famous because they make your miserable life feel less boring then you really are a sad loser.

At Ukmedix News we have actually come across some of these weird specimens of the human race who actually seem to delight in the fact that for example Jessica Simpson or Britney Spears have piled on the pounds. And these same people actually get sanctimonious and pretend to be really shocked when celebrities lose "too much weight".

We would like to remind everyone out there that the only weight problem you need to be concerned with is yours.  Sticking your nose into other people's weight issues and gossiping about it tends to be massively counterproductive and unless you are extremely close friends or close family and are prepared to be very supportive and sensitive you just shouldn't discuss it with them.

Too many people justify their own weight gain and weight loss on the basis of what everybody else is doing rather than just getting on with their lives and trying to maintain a healthy diet and healthy weight. The buck should stop with you; if you are overweight it is almost certainly because you haven't taken control of your life and the food you put into your mouth.

Oh, and have you heard that Charlotte Church has become fat again...or wait, was it thin again? Yawn yawn yawn.
