Britney Spears is getting her life back on track, is in perfect shape and is reportedly not drinking or smoking anymore. In fact press reports show that she has even got over her acrimonious break up with Kevin Federline to the point where she no longer wants him back.

Rumour has it that she even used the F. word on him. We are not talking about the four letter F. word but the far more deadly three letter version of it. Yes, Britney apparently called Kevin Federline fat!! Marriage and relationship break ups are bad enough as they are without having to resort to insults. Possibly the worst insult that anyone can pay you is to call you fat and added to the emotional trauma of a breakup can be soul destroying.
Britney Spears was definitely punching a bit below the belt when she said that he was fat and lacked ambition and she is likely to start a war of words with her ex husband as a result. Celebrity news always seems to be about whether certain celebrities have put on or lost weight. The public’s fascination with the bodies of celebrities is huge and their success and popularity is often deemed to be directly linked to their weight.
People who are overweight and who are in the public eye are extremely vulnerable to media scrutiny and public insults. Who would want to be a celebrity if every time you put on a few pounds in weight it was splashed all over the newspapers? But there are those who say that this is the price you pay for fame.
Jessica Simpson has also recently come in for some media drubbing after photographers used unflattering angles to highlight her slight weight gain. Closer to home in the United Kingdom Charlotte Church and Bond girl Gemma Arterton have been hounded in the media for becoming a little bit overweight.

Why can;t she just let him be.
If Britney could be mature and not mention Kevin it would keep him out of the press completely- much more effective a punishment.
Charlotte church was always stocky- women's rugby potential, and Gemma yo-yo's like us all.
The press is nit picking as usual.

surely calling people fat or too thin comes under discrimination of some kind and should be made illigal. Let people live their lives without calling them names and brandishing them.

I don't agree with Samantha, people are free to give their opinion, fat or thin is like saying ugly or pretty, it still an opinion.
If you are a person with low self-steam, then any comment that people make about you is going to hurt your feelings, so Samantha whether you like it or not, we cant put people in jail for give an opinion and my opinion about you my friend is that you should mature a little more.
