The movie star Bradley Cooper is finding it tough to shape up for his new film role in the big screen remake of the famous A-Team television series. Bradley who has nutritionists and personal trainers to guide him through a strict diet and exercise routine said that it was definitely a “real shock to the system”.

Bradley however should be able to get lots of tips and advice from his girlfriend Renee Zellweger the star of Bridget Jones’s Diary who was required to put on a considerable amount of weight to play the role and who lost it again in record time for the red carpet Premieres around the world.
Bradley who is playing Templeton Peck, otherwise known as ‘Face’ in the A-Team remake said that he just does what he’s told and has been eating lots of brown rice, broccoli and boiled chicken.
At Ukmedix News we reckon it must be a pretty boring diet and one which he will find hard to sustain. We have also recently written about how cash incentives are great motivators for weight loss and maybe Bradley is focusing on his pay package as a way to keep hitting the gym and staying off unhealthy food.
Hollywood actors are often required to lose weight for different film roles and seem to be able to do it effortlessly but in fact the honest ones admit how difficult it is and how they are only able to do it with professional support and vigilance from their team of personal trainers.
Some of the Hollywood actors have even said that gaining weight was difficult because while it may seem easy to overeat, if you are used to a healthy lifestyle you may actually start to feel unwell and lethargic after a few days of avoiding the gym and eating fatty food. There is also the danger that you might get used to eating unhealthy to gain the weight and find it difficult to get back to your previous size and eating habits.
Anyway, all of us in the Ukmedix Newsroom are looking forward to the new A-Team film and wish Bradley Cooper the best of luck in his new training regime.
