Kerry Katona has had a struggle with her weight since her teenage years

Following on from the news that Victoria Beckham AKA Posh Spice will be suing a celebrity magazine for publishing a story claiming that she used diet medication to keep her weight down, the Atomic Kitten Kerry Katona was accused by the News of the World newspaper of having been taking the dangerous medication ephedrine to shed the pounds.

The tablets which are illegal to be prescribed for weight loss and can only be used in certain cases to help people who suffer from asthma are known to be appetite suppressants which also speed up the metabolism dangerously. They are banned because of their effect on the heart valves which have in fact lead to the death of a number of people over the years.

Kerry Katona has had a struggle with her weight since her teenage years and recently put on a lot of weight after having two children. The News of the World claimed that she was terrified of beginning to look like her fifteen stone mother.

At Ukmedix News we believe that Kerry’s problem is simple and that is that she needs to exercise more and stop eating takeaways. We are not saying that she could never eat a takeaway again but she must restrict her consumption of unhealthy food to two or three times a week and get into a healthy eating lifestyle.

The News of the World also claimed that she is planning to have a whole load of surgery to get her figure into better shape however this will be a waste of time if she does not lose weight naturally on her own.

Kerry has previously admitted to using weight loss medication and claimed that she used it because she had no time to go to the gym. From our research at Ukmedix News we know that using diet pills such as Acomplia, Reductil or Xenical for weight loss is rarely successful unless it is also conducted in conjunction with healthy eating and exercise. Using weight loss medication on its own as a means to lose weight is more likely than not to result in no weight loss.
