Just remember this...A MANGO IS A MANGO!

First we had the Brazilian Acai Berry and now we have the African Mango Diet Pill! Well, if the first one was so amazing and did what it said it could do to your weight why do we now need the new African Mango Diet Pill supplement?

african mango, brazilian acai berry...what next...

It never ceases to amaze us at Ukmedix News how even supposedly reputable health professionals are taken in by the claims that the manufacturers of these supplements make. There are even reports that Dr Oz on Oprah was implying that the Africa Mango could somehow make a massive different to your weight.

Just remember this. A MANGO IS A MANGO. Yes it might taste delicious, yes its a low fat food but it is not going to make you shed weight unless you went and ate a huge amount of them everyday until it got to the point where you were suffering from diarrhea and sick of even the thought of eating a mango.

If anyone tries to tell you that it has been recently discovered that African Mangos can make you lose weight we suggest that you punch them so that they realize exactly how stupid they are. In the same way as the Acai Berry will not make you shed weight, nor will a Mango whether it comes from Africa, South America, Asia or any place in the world.

By all means include a lot of fruit in your diet but don't think that by taking a tablet which claims to have extracts of African mangos that you will somehow be able to carry on eating unhealthy large amounts of fatty food without gaining weight.

The most valuable tool you have to enable you to lose weight is your brain. Use it well and if you have already bought either African Mango supplements or Brazilian Acai berry supplements just go and throw them away and go and hang your head in shame that you could be so stupid in the first place!
