When men look at the Victoria's Secret sex bomb Adriana Lima their eyes practically pop out of their heads and when women see her they probably feel a twinge of jealousy that she was born with such perfect good looks and a stunning physique. However, even though it is true that Adriana Lima has been blessed with an amazing appearance she nevertheless needs to work hard to keep it that way.

Adriana who is now 29 works on her body with her diet and exercise all year round and she goes into overdrive six weeks before the now famous Victoria's Secret Fashion Show which is going to be held on November 30th. Her boosted exercise routine involves two hours a day with only one day off a week.
She doesnt do heavy weightlifting, [she doesn't want big muscles], but sticks to high intensity cardiovascular exercise like skipping, boxing and isometric exercises.Adriana Lima is looking for that toned physique, with pert breasts and a bum like two perfectly rounded watermelons.
Not many people know or would even believe that she gave birth to daughter a year ago because she is in such good physical shape now. The other thing that Adriana said about her workout routines is that not only do they make her look better but they make her feel better too.
Adriana also follows a tailor made high protein, low carb diet and increases her consumption of vegetables before the show. She has plenty of motivation to follow her diet knowing full well but that if she doesnt look perfect the whole world will know about it.
In the same way that women go on pre wedding diets to look their best on the big day, Adriana knows that if there is an ounce of fat on her bum, legs or stomach not only will she probably lose her lucrative Victoria's Secret contract but she will be hounded by the press.
If only all women had the same motivation to keep in shape!
