The Acai berry appears to be the fad fruit of the moment

An organisation called The Center for Science in the Public Interest has issued a warning saying that men and women should be wary of the claims made by manufacturers of weight loss remedies which make use of the Brazilian berry called the Acai. They noted that many of the companies which produced the medication made with the Acai berries required credit card information for free trials and subsequently billed customers who had not given permission for money to be taken from them.  There have also been reports of celebrity endorsements of the Acai which turned out to be completely made up.

Acai Berry Is Overhyped Says Ukmedix News

The humble Acai berry has been reported to be a very powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and even an antibacterial natural remedy which can improve health considerably. It is also reported to contain both Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids that human require for good health. However there does not seem to be much evidence that the Acai berry is any more effective than any other type of berry which grows naturally.

The Acai berry appears to be the fad fruit of the moment and thousands of people who want easy weight loss have been lured into buying capsules, powders and juices which reportedly contain extracts of the fruit. At Ukmedix News while we have come across no evidence that there is anything wrong with the Acai fruit there is no way that it will make you lose weight on its own and it’s nutritional properties have not been shown to be any better than eating an apple or an orange.

The claims that the Acai berry can flatten your stomach, increase your sexual desire, clean your colon and even stop the effects of male pattern baldness are ridiculous and should be ignored completely. Fruit and vegetables are healthy part of any diet and should be consumed on a regular basis. Eating exotic fruit like the Acai will do no harm but it is definitely no miracle weight loss fruit.

Part of the problem was that a doctor spoke about the berry on the Oprah Winfrey show and this got everybody talking about it which led to bogus celebrity endorsements being reported. At Ukmedix News we would like to remind our readers to only use weight loss remedies which are prescribed or given to you by a doctor.

One should try eating a fruit or vegetable on it's own.Eat until you are half full.Stop eating when you finish supper. No snacking.

You'll get amazing results but it will take 6 months.
