Rather than wait for local police forces around the world to do their job, Pfizer scour websites, advertisements and any other media for erectile dysfunction medication and check that only the genuine products are being used. If they come across any violations of the law they collect the evidence and hand it over to the police and press for charges to be brought.

This campaign has put hundreds of people in different parts of the world in prison over the last year and has even been effective in making some illegal web site operators shut down their businesses for fear of spending time behind bars.
