The Malaysian Ministry of Health using undercover agents pretended to be interested in selling the coffee as an agent and therefore managed to locate the distribution centre of the illegal setup.

What is even more shocking is that on a further investigation it appeared that the compound added to the coffee was not sildenafil citrate but in fact sildenafil nitrate which could be even more potentially lethal in some individuals. It is hoped that the Malaysian government will prosecute the manufacturers of this dangerous coffee to the fullest extent of the law and make sure that they end up behind bars.
