you would have to be pretty stupid to take a product called Blue Steel or Hero

The new warning from the Food & Drug Administration of America concerns two products called Blue Steel and Hero. Both of these products are sold and marketed as ”dietary supplements” and thus give the misleading impression that they are just vitamins or similar health aids, but in fact they contain dangerous untested chemicals.

Blue Steel and Hero Dietary Supplements Have Dangerous Additives

Both of these products have been widely promoted over the internet and are said to help men who are suffering from impotence. They are called “natural” and therefore many men who are unable to take the normal erectile dysfunction tablets Viagra, Cialis and Levitra have been using them. In fact they contain a compound which is similar to the active ingredient of Viagra namely sildenafil citrate. There is no mention is of this particular compound on the labelling of the product.

Quite frankly you would have to be pretty stupid to take a product called Blue Steel or Hero to treat an erectile dysfunction problem, but the problem is that when people are desperate they take desperate measures and these other sort of people that get caught up buying these products. The FDA warned that anyone using these products could end up with dangerously reduced levels of blood pressure and also other complications which could occur as the compound in them (while similar to sildenafil citrate) has not been properly tested in a clinical environment.

The FDA also said that anybody who had used these products should go and seek medical help immediately and if they had experienced any side effects they should contact the Food & Drug Administration’s MedWatch program. The Food & Drug Administration also said that anyone who suffered from erectile dysfunction should get professional medical care and should not buy untested “dietary supplements” on the internet for this serious condition.

The only medications approved to treat erectile dysfunction are Viagra, Cialis or Levitra and they must be obtained with the doctor’s prescription. At Ukmedix News you are able to have an online consultation with a doctor to talk about any problem you may have with your erectile function.
