The Lone Viagra Thief Nabbed

The lone Viagra thief has finally been arrested after holding up ten pharmacies at gunpoint and demanding their complete stock of the erectile dysfunction medication Viagra. The only other thing he was interested in taking from these pharmacies was any loose cash lying around. The police in Madrid where the pharmacies were located began to see a pattern emerge over the last few months and noted that all of the terrified pharmacists said that he demanded the Viagra while pointing a gun at them.

Obviously because of the large quantity of Viagra stolen the police realized that it was not for his personal consumption and that he must be using it to sell on the black market. Using police detective work the police managed to follow a trail which led them to a 43 year old man.
Genuine black market Viagra is pretty rare because most of what is sold on the street is counterfeit however in recent years clubbers have been mixing Viagra with the mind altering drug Ecstasy and calling it Sexstasy. Because the Ecstasy can sometimes cause erectile dysfunction, mixing it with Viagra can correct the problem. Using any erectile dysfunction medication while under the influence of either higher levels of alcohol or recreational hard drugs is very dangerous for whole numbers of reasons.
Not only can the mixture of Ecstasy and Viagra lead you to you indulging in potentially dangerous and risky sexual activity but it can also cause serious health problems. One of the reasons that Viagra is a prescription drug is because it can interact with other drugs and cause blood pressure problems.
The case of the Spanish lone Viagra thief is not the first time that criminals have exploited the potential of stealing Viagra from pharmacies. Ukmedix News has previously reported on a case in Brazil where a similar criminal gang robbed pharmacies all over the country before being captured by police.

Well done police for capturing him. I feel sorry for the pharmacists who where traumatised by this. It seems many lives have been saved especially the ones who could have overdosed on it knowing they could buy more!
