So your medication is the real Pfizer Viagra. How do you get the most out of taking it?

Well, you have will have read all the information that Viagra improves erections in 9/10 men and that over 23 million men in the world are taking it, but now you need to know how to take it to make it really effective, UK Medix have provided a few pointers below that are worth a read before commencing on your course of medication.

• Get stimulated! Viagra works when you are sexually stimulated, this is a huge benefit as it generally shouldn’t cause those embarrassing, untimely erections to occur.
• Plan! Viagra works within an hour of taking it and will last up to 4 hours, so although you will have time to play around, it would be best to plan carefully when you take it.
• Moderate your diet a little! Viagra is supposed to work just as well with or without food and alcohol but patient experience has led UK Medix to believe that avoiding excess alcohol and fatty foods will aid better results, as these may slightly dampen the effects you are looking for.
• Don’t give up on it; Pfizer have advised that Viagra may sometimes work better on the second go, so if it didn’t work well the first time try again as you will probably be more relaxed at this stage and it works better when relaxed.
