Never underestimate the danger that stress can put your erectile function under. Stress not only directly affects your ability to maintain a good erection but also has a significant indirect effect in causing other illnesses which in turn negatively impact on it too.

There is nothing like good health and complete mental relaxation as a form of natural Viagra. Healthy, slim and physically fit men are extremely unlikely to suffer from erectile dysfunction even as they get older, whereas men who smoke, are overweight and generally unfit are the ones who begin to suffer from the embarrassing impotence condition at an earlier age.

It is important that before you let the stress get the better of you, you learn to deal with it.
Take time to wind down at the end of the day, get exercise, have sex and generally learn to leave your stressful situation behind on the weekend. Even when you are in the middle of it with problems at work and seemingly insurmountable obstacles try to take some deep breaths, take a ten minute break and don’t overestimate your worries.
