At Ukmedix News as well as keeping up to date on the latest clinical research involving issues surrounding erectile dysfunction we are also up to date on the latest fads that come and go. For example just a couple of weeks ago it seemed every single news agency in the world ran a story which claimed that by eating the humble watermelon you could improve your libido and erectile function. The headlines screamed that it was time for Viagra to roll over because there was a new way to beat impotence.

As quickly as the story regarding watermelons and erectile function appeared the story faded into oblivion and now in order to generate more column inches apparently the latest “great libido booster” is none other than the pumpkin seed. According to one news article not only are pumpkin seeds full of important vitamins but they also contain “essential sex drive minerals”.
And lastly but by no means least apparently pumpkin scenes also contain large amounts of zinc which are necessary for the prevention of testosterone deficiency which can lead to erectile dysfunction. Apparently zinc is also the essential for the production of sperm, it can reduce the risk of suffering from prostate illnesses such as enlarged prostate and even prostate cancer and it even prevents the build up of Dihydrotestosterone which causes male pattern baldness!
And just before you think that pumpkin seeds are only good for men apparently they also boost female sexual function and enable better sexual lubrication.
“Hmmm,” said the News Team in unison at Ukmedix News as chins were scratched and eyebrows rose! Isn’t it incredible that after all these years of billions of pounds being spent on sexual research doctors are not prescribing pumpkin seeds and watermelons and instead are prescribing the erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra as well as the female sexual dysfunction drug Intrinsa!
Remember that any sexual dysfunction medication you take should always be clinically tested and the simple fact of the matter is that watermelons and pumpkin seeds have not been put under any sort of serious scrutiny in this regard.
You should always speak to a doctor before getting treatment for erectile dysfunction or female sexual dysfunction.

Not too much. You don't want to crap the bed while getting jiggy with it.
