How long until Uprima takes effect?

Uprima has been clinically proven to start acting on erectile dysfunction within 15-30 minutes. Studies have shown that following taking Uprima around a third of erections occur within 10 minutes and up to three quarters in 20 minutes.

What do I do if I take too much?

If Uprima is taken in large doses vomiting may occur. Should an overdose be taken it is recommended that a doctor closely monitor both your blood pressure and heart rate.

What if Uprima does not work?

As with all prescription medicines the effectiveness of Uprima varies from patient to patient. Should you not be satisfied with the results of Uprima, consult with your doctor to discuss other options to treat erectile dysfuntion that may prove more beneficial for you. You might need to try Uprima several times before achieving the desired result.

Are there any side effects with Uprima ?

The most common side effects from taking Uprima are headache, nausea, dizziness (this occurs in approximately 4% of cases). Other side effects can include infection, pain, sweating, flushing, yawning, taste disorder, rhinitis, pharyngitis, coughing and somnolence. These side effects tend to be mild and short-lived.

Can I take Uprima alongside alcohol ?

It is not recommended to drink whilst you are taking Uprima. Alcohol can increase the risk of hypotension (low blood pressure). Alcohol also impairs sexual performance.

Am I safe to drive while taking Uprima ?

Should you suffer from dizziness after taking Uprima you are advised neither to drive nor operate heavy machinery for at least two hours after taking the medication.
