Tamiflu Side Effects Reported In UK Press

There has been a lot of talk in the press about the side effects of the influenza medication Tamiflu which has caused a lot of concern to parents all over the UK. Reports are saying that over 50 percent of all the children who took Tamiflu suffer from nightmares and psychiatric problems or nausea, stomach pains and diarrhea.

Over the last couple of months thousands of schoolchildren were prescribed the Tamiflu drug as a preventative medication because of the fears of the swine flu virus spreading quickly. In all about 150,000 Tamiflu courses have been handed out by the National Pandemic Flu Service and research conducted by the UK Health Protection Agency concluded that a high proportion of schoolchildren had problems as a result of taking Tamiflu.
At Ukmedix News we are no strangers to reports of Tamiflu side effects. We reported extensively on the investigations done by the Japanese government into Tamiflu side effects after thousands of adverse events were reported.
The fact is that Tamiflu is the most effective defence against the swine influenza virus that it is possible to get your hands on today. The downside is that Tamiflu does cause side effects in some patients but none of them as severe as the harm that the swine flu virus can do to you.
Any parent who decided not to give Tamiflu to their children who was suffering from swine influenza as a result of reading about its side effects would be making a grave mistake. The side effects of Tamiflu are insignificant when weighed up against the dangers of swine influenza.
You should always take proper medical advice before using Tamiflu because it is a powerful prescription medication. The other medication recommended for treating the swine influenza virus is Relenza.

...but Relenza is just as effective. See, for example, here:

It also has fewer side effects.
I'm a bit baffled as to why everyone seems to ignore it.

they are ignoring the Relenza because Tamiflu came out first as an answer to swine flu, just like Pennicilin was the first antibiotic and for many years no one used anything else.
