Tara Palmer-Tomkinson Happy With New Nose Job

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson is all smiles because she's got a new nose! Her much talked about nose has been rebuilt using cartilage from her ribs which should make it firmer and stronger than it was before./p>

Tara had previously had her cocaine damaged nose rebuilt with cartilage from her ear but this type of cartilage is not as strong as rib cartilage and after a few years it ended up looking squashed and twisted. She said the final straw was when her TV remote control hit her on the nose as she was shaking her duvet and really put it out of shape.

She had been hoping to have the operation done before the recent Royal Wedding but had been advised by her plastic surgeon that it wouldn't be ready in time.  Instead she opted for some temporary cosmetic fixes before going for a completely new nose.

 Well, Ukmedix News has seen photographs of her new nose and credit must go to the cosmetic surgeon because it looks pretty damn good! Often facial cosmetic surgery leaves obvious scars and marks which show the nose is not real but in her case she looks 100 percent natural. In fact, we reckon that her nose looks better than it ever did.

Maybe this successful operation will encourage Tara to go one step further and have a breast augmentation operation. Tara is a very slender and sexy woman who loves being the centre of attention but as she gets older she will have to fight harder for that attention and a pair of voluptuous breasts would definitely do the trick.

Tara definitely doesn't need liposuction but she might also be tempted to have breast implants, some delicate tweaking around her eyes and maybe a very subtle boost to her lips? Come on Tara, we'd love to see what you look like with a big pair!
