Years of cocaine abuse have come back to haunt the socialite and royal family friend Tara Palmer-Tomkinson who was recently seen outside her London home with a misshapen and swollen nose. Tara who admitted to serious problems with cocaine finally cleaned herself out after spending months in rehabilitation clinics. However her chronic £250 daily cocaine habit left her with a destroyed septum (the thin wall of cartilage in between the nostrils.) Tara who had surgery a few years ago which involved cartilage being taken her ear and reconstructed in the septum looks like she might need further rhinoplasty!/p>

Everybody should know that as well as the chronic health dangers that cocaine use can bring on, you are a serious risk of completely destroying your nose. Can you imagine the embarrassment as you try to explain to work colleagues and friends why your nose has collapsed? Even if you do manage to conjure up a plausible story which does not involve cocaine nobody will believe you anyway.
You should also know that even if your nose is reconstructed it will never look exactly the same as your old nose and will always look unnatural and fake even if you get the best plastic surgeons around. Plastic surgery also has a habit of not ageing in the same pattern as the rest of your face so that as you get older your nose will stand out even more. You may also end up with permanent breathing problems.
Poor old Tara! Wouldn't she like to go back in time and be able to make that decision about whether to use cocaine again. Everybody has regrets but unfortunately some people are reminded about the mistakes they made every single time they look in a mirror!
