Never change your appearance for somebody else only change it for yourself!

Sarah Harding has had a pretty rough year following the end of her relationship with the DJ Tom Crane, which was part of the reason why she went and spent some time in a rehab clinic. Sarah who is now 30 years old seems to have got her life back on track and maybe having plastic surgery is part of the rehabilitation process for her confidence?

Women often go and seek plastic surgery after they break up with their boyfriends or husbands. Many women who have spoken to Ukmedix News claim that the surgery gave them back their confidence and boosted their self esteem. In some cases women claim that they go and have surgery to get revenge on their exes so that they can see what they are missing!

At Ukmedix News, we are all for confidence boosting surgery but you should be very careful about making emotional and vengeful decision to try and make an ex boyfriend jealous or regretful of the fact that he broke up with you. You should only have plastic surgery for yourself and you should only be thinking of yourself when you make the decision to go ahead!

Having plastic surgery to try and get an ex boyfriend or girlfriend to come back to you is a massive mistake! If the strength of your relationship is only based on the size of your chest or a nose job you should not be going out with that person in the first place.

Never change your appearance for somebody else only change it for yourself!

If you need to change something do it for yourself not for someone else, what if he does not like the result.
