The no nonsense rugby player Mr.Mike Tindall has confirmed yet again that the idea of having plastic surgery to straighten his nose before going through his wedding vows with the granddaughter of the Queen, Zara Phillips is a massive no no!/p>

Despite suggestions from his future mother in law that the photos would look better if he had a little bit of surgery to mend his damaged nose he is sticking to his guns and will walk up the aisle with a crooked hooter.

What Princess Anne probably does not understand is that Mikes nose is a badge of honour and a war wound to be proud of. There is no way that Zara fell for him because of his looks so whether his nose is crooked or not makes absolutely no difference to her. In fact she might even think he was a bit of a vain pansy if he did have the rhinoplasty operation.

Zara and Mike who are getting married on the 30th July will probably not draw as many huge crowds as the recent royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton but nevertheless the press coverage will be considerable all around the world.

There were some people who said that he should have his nose straightened because he is now a representative of the royal family and the need to look the part, but they should also remember that he would undoubtedly see his first identity as the captain of the England rugby team and not as a junior member of the British royal family.

The chances are that when his rugby career is over and that the likelihood of him suffering from another bang to the nose is minimal he will pop into a cosmetic surgery clinic and get himself sorted out. He will probably justify it to himself by arguing that it is not cosmetic, but that he is doing it to improve his breathing and stop himself snoring at night.
