even the rich and famous are not immune from the surgical complications of lipo

The Mexican singer Luis Miguel is reported to have suffered serious complications when undergoing a routine liposuction plastic surgery procedure. Unconfirmed news reports said that he has got a serious bacterial infection which has spread to his lungs. Other reports say that he has stomach complications and that the infection has spread to his blood./p>

luis miguel liposuction dramaLuis Miguel who went in to have plastic surgery just before his 40th birthday is being treated with powerful antibiotics and doctors are hoping that he will recover fully.

Luis Miguel who as well as being famous for being a singer is also known to be a high profile womaniser with Sofia Vergara, Mariah Carey and Daisy Fuentes all reportedly falling for his charms. He also can claim to be one of the few singers to have released an album containing tracks that he sang in duet with the legendary Frank Sinatra.

Luis who is recovering at the respected Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles has won numerous Grammy awards and has a huge following in Latin America as well as in the United States. Celebrity watchers and music industry experts said that he chose to undergo liposuction because he was aware that a lot of his success is due to the way he looks and not only due to his singing.

Incidents like this highlight the dangers of plastic surgery of any kind and should serve as a warning to people that they should only go under the knife if they really need to. One thing is for sure is that Luis Miguel would not have gone for second best in the choice of surgeon and procedure and the fact that his suffering from complications shows that even the rich and famous are not immune from the surgical complications of liposuction and other forms of plastic surgery.

Let this be an eye opener to all who are considering surgery out of vanity. The risks are as real as all medical surgery and should not be taken lightly.
