She said that even if she hadn’t been a professional tennis player she would’ve gone for surgery because she never really liked them anyway.

Simona is likely to improve her game considerably not only because she will be able to move around the court faster now but also because her breast reduction surgery will boost her confidence and make her feel more relaxed and less self conscious when she is in the public eye and being viewed by hordes of people not only at the games themselves but also on TV.
