practically up by her collarbones!

A word of warning to any woman having a breast reduction operation, or any other type of breast operation is to make sure that your surgeon knows exactly where you want your nipples to be! Recently a woman from Georgia in the United States was horrified to find that her nipples were much higher up than she wanted following a breast reduction op and she said that they were practically up by her collarbones! /p>

Ms. Elizabeth Waite tried to get her plastic surgeon to correct his mistake but he refused to and thus she was forced to take legal action. Thankfully for Elizabeth her husband had taken photographs of the markings that the surgeon Sheldon M. Lincenberg had drawn himself the day before the surgery showing exactly where the nipples should have been. These photographs which were used as evidence in court helped her to get a $170,000 payout. Elizabeth Waite said that the whole experience had been very traumatic that she had been unable to wear a normal bra and many of her clothes.

The lawyer Richard C. Mitchell who acted for Elizabeth said that this case should serve as a warning to cosmetic surgeons to measure twice and cut once. He said that surgeons who made mistakes should own up to them and correct them. If the surgeon had corrected his mistake immediately it would have cost him much much less than the $170,000 awarded and his reputation would have been intact.

At Ukmedix News we have advised prospective patients of cosmetic surgery to use digital imaging so that they have a clear record of exactly what the surgeon is intending to do. Taking photographs and keeping digital images in a safe place could become vital evidence if your cosmetic surgery goes wrong and you need to prove that your surgeon has been negligent in court.

This is not uncommon, it also happened to a friend of mine, but the surgeon corrected it straight away.

Look at his website. He has many pictures of nipples that are almost misplaced. he obviously does not know what he is doing. I would be very careful of this guy.
