Another plastic surgeon is now faced with legal action after allegedly putting photos of a patient's surgically enhanced breasts on his website without her permission. The surgeon Joel Singer operated from the Imperial Plastic Surgery office in Westport and his patient Ms. Nena Carlson 27 claims that she never consented for images of her breasts to be posted on the web site. /p>

Nena Carlson complained that despite the fact that the photographs were removed, Joel Singer still has them and she is concerned where the photos could have ended up and where they will be used again. She said that she is therefore entitled to punitive damages especially as Joel Singer used the images of her breasts to produce publicity and income for himself.
At Ukmedix News we have previously warned cosmetic surgery patients to read any documents that you are asked to sign at cosmetic surgery clinics extremely carefully! Beware of small print and refuse to sign a document which has an unreasonable amount of legal jargon and disclaimers.
At the end of the day your breasts belong to you and nobody else and images of them should also be in your personal possession. Your surgeon does not even need to take photographs of you for clinical purposes and so if you want you can refuse any type of photography on your breasts.
If you sign the document, the damage will have been done and there is very little you can do to undo it!
