retain their youthfulness and beauty for years to come

Okay ladies, it is time that you learned to look after those beautiful assets on your chest and how to give them a bit of regular and proper breast maintenance!/p>

Women whether they have small pert breasts or massive ones will need to give them regular tender and loving care to ensure that they keep their shape and retain their youthfulness and beauty for years to come.

Probably, the most essential thing is to make certain that you have a good and well fitted bra which properly supports your breasts and prevents gravity from pushing them out of shape. This is important if you have a very big pair!

Keeping fit and doing exercise is also very important.  don't work out your chest muscles too hard because you do not need to have big pectoral muscles but gentle bench presses will stimulate the muscles around your breasts and keep them in good shape. A word of warning however about exercise is that running will make your breasts bounce up and down and so you must have a professional sports bra that will keep your breasts where they should be!

Massaging your breasts with moisturizer every day will produce good results over time. Make sure that you massage right underneath the breasts and that you give them at least five minutes of circular motion massaging daily with some form of moisturizing body lotion and they will start to look amazing. If you are lucky you may even get some willing volunteer to help with your daily breast workout! Wahey!

You might even want to massage your breasts in the shower using a powerful jet of water and alternating the temperature between hot and cold. This may improve circulation and keep your skin feeling alive.

Another simple tip to keep your breasts looking alive and pert is to make efforts to improve your posture.  As well as being good for your lower back muscles and long term mobility having good posture will make you more confident and your breasts more prominent.

Come on ladies...what are you waiting for!
