Princess Eugenie Says No To Smoking

The daughter of Prince Andrew, Princess Eugenie is developing a smoking habit which is causing her mother and father a great deal of concern. Princess Eugenie who is only eighteen years old is often spotted at celebrity parties lighting up.

However the good news is that she had made a promise to herself that she will quit the habit which she says is "smelly". Friends of hers say that she has made a New Year's resolution to quit completely and despite having done the same last year this time she is determined to stick with her resolution.
Like many young people what seems like a bit of fun ends up developing into a problematic habit. Many social smokers who claim only to smoke sporadically at parties or when having a drink end up developing full on smoking habits which in many cases ends up giving them serious illnesses as they get older and killing them.
For Princess Eugenie her smoking habit is something that she has to hide because paparazzi photographers are desperate to catch her with a cigarette in hand. This makes her smoking habit even more complicated and difficult to live with.
Princess Eugenie should also remember that if she quits now she will save herself a lot of hassle and worry in the future. People who quit before they are twenty and before they have developed a strong addiction to cigarettes find giving up so much easier. If you leave it until you are older the chances of you being able to quit are significantly reduced and if you do manage to quit you will suffer far more from smoking cravings throughout your life.
Some people swear by the maxim that "once a smoker, always a smoker" and say that you never fully lose the urge to smoke.

Good for Eugenie! At least she is wiling to change something that doesn’t contribute with anything positive to her life.
