Levitra Launched In Oman

Written by Stuart Stevens | Monday, 19 June 2006

Bayer, the manufacturers of the erectile dysfunction medication Levitra have launched the drug in Oman. In a well attended launch function at one of Oman's leading hotels the benefits of the drug and how it works was out lined to the press corps and other interested parties.

The Bayer spokesman explained that erectile dysfunction is not just a physical disease but can be responsible for loss of self esteem and confidence in men and make them dangerously depressed. The estimates presented showed that about 30% of all Omani men suffer from erectile dysfunction of some sort and that in most cases the impotence is likely to get worse if not treated. Levitra can be a life saving medicine for these men who will now not need to suffer in silence and will be able to regain their confidence and their erectile function.

Many studies have been done with Levitra in the European Union and America and they all show how effective Levitra can be and and that it is without serious side effects and is easy to administer. In fact independent studies showed that over 90% of all men using Levitra to treat impotence had positive results when using the erectile  dysfunction medication. Levitra is also a fast acting drug in that it can be working within ten minutes of taking it possibly making it the fastest acting erectile dysfunction medication on the market.

The Levitra drug will be particularily welcome in Oman as there are many traditional remedies for erectile dyfunction on the market that have no real medical value and just pander to the desperation of some men to achieve proper erectile function. Most of these traditional remedies just provide a little benefit from the placebo effect that occurs in all impotence medicines. The macho world of Arab men in Oman means that erectile dysfunction is a topic that is not discussed much and the Levitra promotion campaign seeks to educate men and women on the causes of erectile dysfunction as well as to promote the use of the impotence drug for people that need it.
