Dennis Talks About Impotence

The drug company Bayer Schering Pharma which makes the erectile dysfunction medication Levitra has come up with a novel way of promoting their medication and getting the issues surrounding impotence talked about using the cartoon Dennis.

They have produced a number of short video clips with Dennis talking about his own erectile dysfunction problem and they have been posted on to YouTube. In the cartoons Dennis, his wife and his doctor go through the motions and conversations which many couples who have had to deal with impotence will identify with. In one of them for example Dennis’ wife questions whether he still finds her attractive and he tells her he does but he just can’t get an erection.
The video clips which were produced by Aardman the film animation company were specifically designed to identify how awkward it is to talk about erectile dysfunction even between couples and the conversations were deliberately simple so that they got to the issues straightaway. Sam Morrison from Aardman explained that while they did not want to trivialise erectile dysfunction they felt that by using Dennis they would add a little bit of humour and thus lighten up the problem a little bit.
In fact at Ukmedix News we think these 40 second video clips really identify the concerns and fears of men who begin to suffer from erectile problems and they will find it heartening and encouraging that other people out there can understand them. If you are having a problem plucking up courage to go and get medical help for an erectile dysfunction problem we recommend that you have a look at these video clips. In all there are eight of them and the last one has a happy ending with Dennis regaining full erectile function as well as getting his confidence back too.
In line with the legal requirements the drug Levitra itself is not mentioned but Bayer Schering Pharma hopes that by publicising the fact that there is help available for the problem men will come forward and possibly be prescribed with Levitra.
