A Little Vaginal Exercise Can Really Help Women

Research that we have come across at Ukmedix News shows that if women do simple exercises they could improve their sexual function considerably. The study was done to look at the effectiveness of pelvic floor exercise and how it could help females who suffer from unsatisfactory sex lives. A group of women were made to do a simple but effective exercise routine that would get their pelvic muscles working. After one week 78 percent of the females who took part said that they had an “improved awareness” of their pelvic area. After a four week period practically all of the women (97%) said the same.

The important thing here however is not actually awareness of the pelvic area but whether the women could report better sex lives as a result of these pelvic exercises. In fact the researchers said that just over 80 percent of the women said that after a month of doing these exercises they had a much improved sex life. At Ukmedix News we know that in order for a woman to have a satisfactory sex life she may need to make sure that the vaginal muscles are in good shape and by doing simple contracting exercises everyday, (you can actually do them when you are sitting at your desk) you will not only feel better about yourself that you will also have more control and enjoyment in sex.
Women often suffer from sexual dysfunction due to psychological reasons as opposed to men who tend to suffer from sexual dysfunction due to physical reasons, however after childbirth and menopause women often complain that their pelvic muscles have been stretched and that is why it is very important for these women to do the special exercises.
A few months ago the first sexual dysfunction drug for women was launched in the United Kingdom. The drug which is called Intrinsa is a prescription medication that can help women who suffer from low sexual libido. If you think Intrinsa could be good for you, you should talk to one of the doctors at Ukmedix and they may be able to help you.
