better and more satisfying sex

One of the latest trends in fitness centers and gyms in America and Europe is to tailor specific workouts for women to tone up and strengthen their sexual muscles which it is hoped will ultimately enable them to have better and more satisfying sex.

exercise ideas for great sex

Apart from the usual routine of regular cardiovascular exercise and weight training which are both known to have a positive impact on female sexual function it is also possible to do exercise (or shall we call it sexercise) focusing on the pelvic region.

The most obvious form of sexercise are Kegels which can be done even when you are sitting at your desk by just contracting and releasing your pelvis muscles. You can read more about Kegels by clicking here. There are however many other ways of getting the blood flowing to your pelvic muscles.  At Ukmedix News we would recommend regular squats, individual upper leg and thigh exercises and regular stretching for enhanced flexibility.

One of the best ways of improving your sexual muscle tone is to do Yoga and Pilates. In fact some women say that because Yoga improves the blood flow they actually experience sexual feelings and even orgasm in Yoga classes. These are nicknamed Yogasms.

Another form of sexercise would be to go to Zumba classes where there is a big emphasis on pelvic movement. As well as making you feel sexy you will have a lot of fun and this will produce feel good hormones and get you in the mood.

It is not a bad idea to do a little bit of exercise before having sex because it will get you warmed up.  You must not overdo it because you do not want to tire yourself out physically but getting all hot and sweaty and then having a quick shower before sex could produce some mind blowing results!
