Young Men Need Exercise For Good Erections Too

More good news for men who work out on a regular basis is that yet again a new study has shown the benefits of exercise on erectile function. The research project undertaken by Emory University specifically looked at men under the age of 40 and concluded that exercise provided a significant boost to erectile function and therefore reduced the chances of suffering from impotence.

At Ukmedix News we have often written about how regular exercise throughout your life can prevent you suffering from erectile dysfunction when you get to your fifties and sixties but this new research shows that it is also important to exercise when you are younger. Men who live unhealthily in their twenties and thirties may be in for an unpleasant surprise much sooner than they might expect if they carry on smoking, drinking and staying away from the gym.
Professor Wayland Hsiao, one of the study authors said that young men suffering from erectile dysfunction should be aware that they could be setting themselves up for more serious illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes, which will only make their sexual problems even worse.
Another one of the study authors Professor Chad W.M. Ritenour from the Emory Mens Health Center explained that this study clearly showed that men who exercised had better erections. All men should think clearly about this and use it as motivation to get fit, lose weight, quit smoking and generally be healthy.
If you are the sort of man who sits behind a desk all day and never gets any exercise except for short walks commuting between home and the office than this bit of research which was published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine should make you sit up and think!
Having good erectile function is not something you should take for granted and like everything else in life needs to be nurtured and looked after. It is also important that you do not only start to worry about your physical health after the onset of sexual problems because prevention is always better than cure!
Another thing which you will notice if you start to work out is that your libido and your stamina in bed should start to improve too! Keep fit and you won’t need ever Viagra!

It looks like smoking, alcohol and lack of exercise are the cause og most things, why doesn't th government ban the first two and make the third tax deductible...like the more you go to the gym the less tax you pay!!! It would be cheaper for the state in the long run.
