they usually don't work

Here we go again warning you about the dangers of buying counterfeit erectile dysfunction medication! But in fact it is not Ukmedix News which is doing the warning because we are just messengers for far more reputable and credible organizations and individuals such as Dr. John Morley, the director of geriatrics and director of endocrinology based at Saint Louis University.

He described erectile dysfunction medications which can be purchased without a prescription as "ripoffs" and said that while they may be cheaper "they usually don't work". In one recent study done in South Korea a group of researchers looked at 19 counterfeit erectile dysfunction medications and compared them with genuine versions of prescription Viagra and Cialis which were sourced directly from Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly.

The results of the study showed that almost 60 percent of them contained too much of the active ingredient; sometimes up to nearly two and a half times more than specified and some of them had no active ingredients whatsoever. Some other pills tested contained compounds which were probably intended to induce an erection but had never been properly tested for erectile dysfunction. Some of the tablets even contained lead and mercury and out of the nineteen tablets only one of them had what it was supposed to have.

This recent study which will be presented at a conference of the American Urological Association taking place in San Francisco should send out a clear message that men must stay away from non-prescription erectile dysfunction drugs unless they want to gamble with their sexual health.

Dr. John Morley explained that men in their desperation to improve their erectile function sometimes did "a large number of bizarre things" including trying fake drugs. Would you take fake medication for a headache, influenza or an infection? Not likely! So use your head, get a prescription and get the real thing.

You can get an online prescription at the Ukmedix web site and purchase drugs issued directly from UK pharmacies if you don't want to see a doctor or a pharmacist face to face.
