Ukmedix News has previously written about a company called TriMix Laboratories which has developed a new erectile dysfunction remedy using a gel called TriMix Gel. The TriMix Gel is particular good for men who are not allowed to use normal erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra, Cialis and Levitra and clinical testing has shown that it can deliver good results in men.

TriMix Laboratories recently announced that it has signed a exclusive contract with American Pharmacy Solutions to be the only pharmacy to fulfil all the prescriptions issued by doctors for TriMix gel. Even though TriMix gel is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration all the ingredients in it are and they are all listed in the US Pharmacopeia. The TriMix gel needs to be made individually for each patient in a pharmacy and therefore a prescription is required from a doctor before using it.
Recent clinical testing done on the TriMix gel which involved men who had tried to use Viagra, Cialis and Levitra but had not been successful showed that the gel is sometimes effective. The results showed that all of the patients received “some degree of positive effect” from using the TriMix gel and that 40% of the men were able to maintain sufficient erections for complete sexual intercourse which they had not be able to do using Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.
TriMix gel is applied using a Patent Pending Application System which allows the medicine to be stored and mixed quickly when it is required. It is not required to be injected into the penis which other topically applied erectile dysfunction remedies often require. It can also be stored at room temperature and thus it can be easily carried around unlike some other topically applied erectile dysfunction remedies which require to be kept in the fridge.
It is hoped that TriMix gel will get full approval from the Food & Drug Administration for the treatment of erectile dysfunction soon.
