Steriod Use Could Lead To Impotence And Small Balls

There is increasing concern United Kingdom about the number of young men who use anabolic steroids in a bid to boost their muscle growth. Anabolic steroids which are often used by bodybuilders to increase muscle mass have dangerous side effects which can include erectile dysfunction, infertility and hormone problems. These hormonal problems are especially dangerous for younger men who are going through puberty and who need healthy testosterone levels for proper healthy growth.

There is also a great problem of illegal internet pharmacies offering anabolic steroids which are of dubious quality and which come with poor advice about their usage. The number of dangerous side effects is considerable with acne, hair loss, greasy skin and others being reported. Mood swings and other psychological problems are also a by product of the anabolic steroids which generate unnatural levels of testosterone in the bloodstream.

Some medical experts have even spoken about how the male body will turn off its own production of testosterone because it begins to rely on a separate source externally which in time can lead to reduced sexual desire and erectile function, a low sperm count and even potentially infertility.  Some reports have even shown that incorrect anabolic steroid use may lead to a condition called testicular atrophy meaning that the testicles start to shrink.

This should serve as a warning to bodybuilders who think they can take shortcuts by using anabolic steroids. They could end up with small balls, a zitty face, a bald head and be unable to maintain an erection which will definitely negate any positive appearance contribution of having bigger muscles.

You should only use anabolic steroids if they have been prescribed to you by doctor and with reports showing that almost 40 percent of those used by bodybuilders in the United Kingdom are counterfeit you would be well advised to go down the proper channels.

Also you should always remember that good health is more important than big muscles in the long term.  It is possible to get a very healthy body without using anabolic steroids, and keeping your sexual function safe from their side effects will definitely outweigh any extra muscle growth benefits.
