Breakthrough research announced by the University of Huangdong claims intense advanced yoga can completely eradicate erectile dysfunction in men. Professor Lim Pi Wan and his colleagues said that after examining all the different yoga positions they saw that men who made use of yoga on a regular basis had better erectile function than men of the same fitness level who did not do yoga.

At first it was assumed that the better erectile function was down to the physical fitness benefits of doing yoga but following careful evaluation with over 2,000 men in different parts of China and using an extremely precise sexual health questionnaire the direct benefits of yoga over and above individual physical fitness levels to erectile function were proven.
Of particular benefit is the Little Thunderbolt Pose (Laghu Vajrasana) in which the pelvis is pressed forward and the back arched backwards. The Little Thunderbolt Pose however is an advanced yoga position and should only be attempted by experts. A more relaxed yoga pose, the Camel Pose (Ustrasana) also produced good results.
However one particular pose if performed on a regular basis called the Rising Branch Pose (Watabona) produced amazing results in some men, so much so that some of them complained of embarrassing incidents in yoga classes.
Mr Eric Xin who has recently discovered the Rising Branch Pose said that he was not able to do this position in public yoga classes because of the strange looks that he got from other people. Professor Lim Pi Wan said that it was possible that this pose massaged the penile artery and therefore boosted blood supply to the penis.
Mr Xin with a little bit of help from Mrs Xin now only do the Little Thunderbolt Pose, the Camel Pose and the Rising Tree Pose in the privacy of their own home. Despite having had a few a mild episodes of erectile dysfunction in the past Mr Xin now no longer needs to take the occasional Viagra tablet.
Yoga classes should always be undertaken with professional Yoga instructors to ensure no injuries occur.

this is hysterrical!!! does this mean that we are going to see men in this pose or that yoga mixed classes are a nono, or that older men are going to fall over and hurt themselves. Its easier to take a litte pill!
