a more varied and interesting repertoire of sexual positions

Being completely relaxed both physically and psychologically has a huge impact on improving not only erectile function but also sexual desire and sexual enjoyment for both men and women. If you have been noticing that your sex life isn't what it used to be you should be may be making a positive effort to relax.

Relaxation isn't always easy and can't necessarily be achieved by just taking a few deep breaths before sex. Getting yourself relaxed might require a more proactive approach and even the help of your sexual partner.

One very good way of feeling relaxed is to do some exercise and specifically exercise which calms you down rather than works you up and exhausts you. Probably the best form of exercise to relax for sex is yoga. Yoga also greatly helps with flexibility and muscle tone which obviously have added benefits in the bedroom. Not only will yoga probably lead to better sex but it will also allow you to have a more varied and interesting repertoire of sexual positions.

Pilates is also said to be extremely good in helping both men and women have better sex because like yoga it gives them flexibility and control over their bodies. It is always a good idea to take professional advice from a qualified personal trainer and tell them what you're trying to achieve. Obviously telling them you want to have better sex might be a bit embarrassing so just say that you are trying to destress after work, strengthen your core muscles and become more flexible.

Another form of exercise which can be done even when you are sitting at your desk are Kegels. We have written about Kegels before at Ukmedix News and they have helped thousands of men and women have better control over their sexual organs. Men who do Kegels which involve simply contracting, holding and then relaxing your pelvic muscles for say ten or fifteen minutes a day report better erectile function, and women who do these exercises say that they have better orgasms.

I am nearly 80 and kegels existed years ago, in fact at least 40 years ago, they were very popular and I am happy they are in existence again.
