Do they work or are they a waste of time?

Along with millions of emails sent out every single day promoting fake versions of the erectile dysfunction medications Viagra, Cialis and Levitra there are also those which promote medication to enlarge the size of a man’s penis. Do they work or are they a waste of time?

Penis Enhancement Facts From Ukmedix News

Put quite simply the answer is that they are useless!  There have been no clinical tests done which show that the use of any medication has any effect on the width or length of the male member. The use of untried and untested medicine can be dangerous and can damage your health.

In some cases however there is anecdotal evidence that men claim that these medications have had a slight impact on the size of their penis but this is down to a psychological placebo effect, which may also be boosted by the fact that many of these penis enhancing medications are laced with the active ingredient of the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra. Many penis enhancing medications are therefore quite simply just fake Viagra.

In extreme cases when men have very small penises which cause them a lot of distress and difficulty in having sex it is possible for them to go and have enhancement phalloplasty which in plain English means surgery on the penis. The penis isn't all on the exterior of the body and in some cases nearly half of the it is inside the body and connected to the lower section of the pubic bone. In order to lengthen the penis it is possible to release the ligaments that hold it in place and this can lengthen it by as much as 3cm.

In more severe cases a more risky procedure involving the lengthening of the outside part of the penis is possible but come with a high risk of complete erectile dysfunction occurring afterwards and therefore this procedure is not advised.

If you are worried about the size of your penis there are simple things which you can do to make it appear bigger. For a start you can cut back your pubic hair as this will make your penis stand out more.  Losing weight also has the effect of enhancing the visual size of your penis and some men have been known to have had to liposuction around their lower stomach in order to achieve this too.

Other methods of enhancing the length of your penis involve the use of a vacuum pump or by stretching the penis using weights but these methods are risky and have not been verified by any respected medical organisation.

The advice from Ukmedix News is that unless you have an abnormally small penis you should just leave it alone.
