So you reckon you are having a bad day!? Consider the plight of a poor man from Miami that recently had an operation for a penile implant surgery to treat what was a bad case of erectile dysfunction and ended up without his penis. Mr. Enrique Milla is rightly furious about the situation that he is now in and has initiated a malpractice legal action against Paul Perito the urologist.

Mr. Milla's lawyers said that if he had been told that there was the danger of losing his penis as a result of surgery there is no way that he would have taken the risk. They said that because he had a very advanced case of diabetes meant that he was at a higher danger of complications and yet he was not warned about them at all. They said that Type 2 diabetes was the most obvious reason to advise men against having penile implant surgery and that this was a definite case of medical malpractice. Dr Perito however refuted this and said that it was fine to give men with diabetes penile implants.
The actual operation went smoothly but a following infection occurred which ended up leading to parts of his anatomy getting gangrene which meant that it had to be cut out thus leaving him with nothing more than a stump. Mr Milla will probably never be able to have sex; he has to sit down to pass urine and is distraught about his lack of manhood. Gloria Milla his wife is also a plaintiff in this legal action.
Men turn to penile implants in severe cases of erectile dysfunction which cannot be remedied by the normal prescription drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. Before this trio of medications arrived erectile dysfunction was primarily treated with penile implants which while in many cases are effective fill many men with dread at the thought of a scalpel near their sexual anatomy.
