these exercises work for 70 percent of men

As men grow older they noticed that their erectile function is not as good as it used to be and while this may well be a natural sign of aging it could also be linked to unhealthy lifestyles, being overweight, drinking too much and smoking. If you are worried about erectile dysfunction the first thing you need to do is sort out your health, get fit and start eating properly.

Pelvic Floor Exercises Work Like Viagra

Another way to improve your erectile function which we have come across at Ukmedix News is by doing pelvic exercises. These exercises which are often referred to as “woman exercises” involve contracting and releasing the pelvic floor muscles on a regular basis.

New research that can be seen in the British Journal of General Practice comes up with some startling results showing that 40 percent of the men who undertook to do regular pelvic floor exercises over a three months period claimed to have regained complete sexual function and that on top of this another 30 percent said that their erectile function had definitely improved due to the exercises.

This is fascinating research because it shows that these exercises work for 70 percent of men which the only a little bit less than the positive results that the erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra produce in men.

The researchers said that the pelvic floor exercises could be done in a similar way to the way that the All Black Rugby team from New Zealand performs the Haka ceremony before playing games.

These pelvic floor exercises are often prescribed by doctors to men and women who are beginning to suffer from incontinence especially in men who are recovering from surgery after prostate cancer. A number of researchers have recently noted that the exercises appear to have a good effect on erectile function and thus the word is spreading in medical circles. Ukmedix News is also aware of a series of clinical trials being undertaken using these pelvic floor exercises at 30 different locations across the United Kingdom.

The great thing about these exercises is that you can do them at any time, even if you like right now when you are reading this article!
