The researchers said that the pelvic floor exercises could be done in a similar way to the way that the All Black Rugby team from New Zealand performs the Haka ceremony before playing games.
These pelvic floor exercises are often prescribed by doctors to men and women who are beginning to suffer from incontinence especially in men who are recovering from surgery after prostate cancer. A number of researchers have recently noted that the exercises appear to have a good effect on erectile function and thus the word is spreading in medical circles.
