If you need evidence that healthy living is the most effective way to ensure that you don’t suffer from erectile dysfunction as you grow older you should read about the case reported in the Sun Newspaper about Mr. Richard Roden, who at the age of 71 has just had twins, making him the oldest father of twins in the UK.

Mr. Roden also made the revelation that he does not use Viagra, Cialis or Levitra to enhance his erectile function and that his good health and erectile function is purely down to eating vegetables. Mr. Roden who now has twelve children from different mothers grows his own vegetables at home and says that they boost his performance in the bedroom. He also said that he did not think that the twin girls which his 25 year old wife gave birth to were the last children he was going to have, and he said that he hoped to have a boy in a couple of years time.
Mr. Roden who met his young wife Lisa after he stopped to give her a lift in the pouring rain said that he felt “fit as a fiddle” and reckoned that he’d live to over 100. Most people who see him with the twins congratulate him on becoming a grandfather and are surprised to hear that they are his! Lisa’s father who is actually younger than Mr. Roden is supportive of the couple, however not everybody is happy for Mr. Roden and one of his granddaughters called him “ridiculous” for having a child of the age of 71.
Ukmedix News has always harped on about the importance of healthy living and how it beats the use of erectile dysfunction drugs any day. If you are serious about maintaining good erectile function as you age you should not just turn to impotence medications but should make sure that you eat healthily, you don’t smoke, you drink in moderation and that you get a bit of regular exercise.
