The health ministry in Israel has warned that two products that they described as "male products" were dangerous and could cause serious health problems. The products in question namely V Moroccai gel and Tiv'i are advertised as being able to boost sexual desire and delay ejaculation respectively.

Testing done in Israeli laboratories saw that they contained an illegal form of the active ingredient of the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, as well as a painkiller called lidocaine. Both of the products apparently originated from Morocco and the health ministry said that men who used them should stop doing so immediately.

Ukmedix News has reported on literally hundreds of different cases of illegal manufacture of erectile dysfunction medication which have no proven clinical testing for safety or effectiveness. The scale of the business in dangerous erectile dysfunction medication is boosted by the fact that so many men are embarrassed to come forward and get help from professional doctors who can give them proper advice and instead they turn to back streets where they buy cheap and often completely dud medication from criminals.

This latest case shows that the criminal underground in Northern Africa have decided to try and get a piece of the action in the business of preying on gullible and desperate men. The majority of the world's fake erectile dysfunction drugs are made in India and China and come in many different guises. There are tablets, gels, sprays and teas and nearly all of them have Viagra's active ingredient in them. Very often the all important chemicals are altered slightly in order to escape detection by health authorities or because the manufacturers don't know how to make them properly.

At Ukmedix News we cannot stress the importance enough of getting proper medical advice for erectile dysfunction and we understand that while it may be embarrassing to speak to a doctor face to face it is possible to have online consultations which are just as effective (if not more) at getting to the root of the problem.  At the Ukmedix web site after a doctor's consultation it is possible to be prescribed the erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.

This is frightening, how are we meant to find out if it is the real thing or not, especially when you feel like using some help?
