over the last year Medsafe has found 29 supposedly herbal supplements

An urgent warning has been released by Medsafe in New Zealand concerning four products which were being promoted as remedies for erectile dysfunction. Andrew Bridgman, the Acting Director-General of Health said that they contained undeclared compounds which could be extremely dangerous to health for certain people.

The product warning came with the order for an immediate recall of all of the batches of the following products; Pulse8 for Women, So Hard for Men, The Rock and Tonic 66. Clinical testing done on these products by The Institute of Environmental Science and Research showed that they contained compounds such as hydroxyhomosildenafil which have not been put forward for independent medical analysis and therefore are illegal as well as dangerous.

Mr. Bridgman also warned that over the last year Medsafe has found 29 supposedly herbal supplements which contained various doctored versions of the prescription medication Viagra, Cialis and Levitra in varying quantities. He stressed that the only way to make sure that the medication you were using was genuine and safe was to make sure it came with a doctor's prescription following a consultation.

We have noticed at Ukmedix News that these dangerous medications tend to have incredibly stupid and suggestive names which should serve as an immediate warning to stay away from them. In fact the real reason why these medications sell so well is because people tend to believe that natural substances are somehow safe and therefore if they don't work they are not going to do any harm.

Well there are two clear things wrong with this hypothesis, firstly you should take into account that the venom of a snake is completely natural and secondly that these products which always come in harmless looking green packaging are very rarely actually natural anyway.

So, wake up ladies and gentlemen to the reality that you have to go to the doctor to get a proper cure for erectile dysfunction and buying 'natural' is either going to be dangerous or in a best case scenario completely useless.

Its so unfair because when you go to a health shop to buy something you expect it to be healthy not harmful.
