If you feel you're beginning to lose your Mojo, rather than immediately running off to get one of the three erectile dysfunction medications Viagra, Cialis or Levitra why not try some of the following remedies first?

Maybe the first pill you should take is a Chill Pill? Relaxation is essential for good erectile function and for overall sexual satisfaction. It might be that the reason why you are not getting good erections is purely down to your stress and that you really don't need any medical help.

Another tip from Ukmedix News is to do some Kegel exercises. We've written about Kegel exercises previously at Ukmedix News and we feel that their potential to improve long term sexual health in men is underestimated. These exercises which involve tightening and retracting the Pelvic floor muscles are often perceived to be 'women exercises' but in fact have been shown to help men suffering from not only impotence but also premature ejaculation and urinary incontinence.

You're probably wondering how to do these Kegel exercises. It's really simple. What you need to do is contract the muscle that stops your urine flow, hold it for say five seconds and then release. You should try and do this exercise 3 or 4 times a day until you feel that the muscle is getting tired. The great thing about Kegel exercises is that you don't have to visit the gym to do them, and you can exercise when you are sitting at your desk, having lunch, in the cinema or even standing on the underground.

You should also combine these Kegel exercises with some deep breathing.  Why not hold in your breath for five seconds at the same time as contracting your pelvic muscles and then slowly release the air at the same time as you release the muscles. You may find this will help to relax you too.

So let's get going!

Take a deep breath in...and hold. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and slowly release.

And again...

Let us know if it works for you. :)

Very good advice! I had surgery a year ago and one of the side effects was slight incontinence I did my excercises for religiously for about four months and the dreaded incontinence stopped. I was so thankful to the physio therepist who taught me what to do. Do it, it works!!!!!
