Invest In The Bank Of Erectile Function

There is much to be said for getting regular exercise, keeping healthy and being slim in order to improve your erectile function. Many doctors will advise men who are having erection problems to quit their unhealthy living, stay well away from cigarettes and booze and generally live a stress free life as an alternative to just taking erectile dysfunction medications.

At Ukmedix News we have written a number of articles about how elderly men who have maintained good health throughout their lives can carry on having healthy sex. It is important however that men understand that it is no good waiting until you have erection problems and then thinking that if you lose weight and get healthy you will automatically regain what you have lost because it’s not that simple.
Living unhealthily damages the arteries, and the arteries are absolutely essential for good erectile function. Smoking, eating unhealthily, lack of exercise and drinking too much all cause serious arterial damage which in many cases is completely irreversible and while the drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra can help they cannot completely reopen the damaged blood vessels to their youthful state. Therefore if the damage has been done the chances of you regaining your previous erectile function are significantly reduced. That is why we argue at Ukmedix News that healthy living must be seen as an investment in your future erectile function.
Every time that you eat healthily or go for a run you are in a sense putting something into the ‘bank of future erectile function’. All these little ‘ investments’ will add up to something substantial meaning that when you retire you will still be able to get it up and have sex when you want.
It is difficult to impress on younger men who have good erectile function now about the possibility that if they continue to live unhealthily they will suffer in the future but the statistics and medical evidence clearly shows that good general health and good erectile function are directly correlated.
Remember that prevention is always better than cure.
